i am typing this on a tablet. i am a touch typist which does me no good on this. so do not blast me for lack of capitalization etc.
so now in the land of the free, the government can force you to buy stuff (some will say what about car insurance. you are not required to drive. that is the difference). why stop at health care? why not make us buy sunscreen and broccoli? after all the door has been opened and we all know the government creeps in (just witness the history of the commerce clause.....its crept to this point over the years! certainly not what the founders expected)
i was surprised when i read albert asking how roberts sided with the liberals and then onlube articles about conservatives feeling betrayed by roberts. huh?
its the law. its the constitution. i have a job that requires me to be impartial and i am. people have asked me before what my decision will cost them and i tell them i honestly dont know. often it actually lowers their costs in fact. but if it is supposed to be coded a and its in b, i will move it to a. if that costs you ten grand or the state ten grand...i dont care. it has to be right. ditto the supreme court. i guess i am naive but thats the way i hope it is. sadly i think i am wrong.
but barring anything incredibly out of the blue...romney sex scandal or romney heart attack type stuff... romney will be the next president.
this cockamamie ruling has enraged the right. which means they will vote.
meanwhile the left won. so they will be less likely to vote.
ergo romney wins.
lets hope while he is repealing laws that a sane court which has some level of reading comprehension would strike down, he takes out social security as well.
i can hope
