Well LeBron, you did it. You won your championship, although that's really not saying anything as didn't you promise 'not one, not two, not three..' but eight?
But congratulations, you have your first title. Of course you took the easy way out to get it- you decided it was better to team up with a bunch of mercenaries and hired guns and move to South Beach where you'll be forgotten in a few years as the sports fans there are fickle rather than bringing the first title since 1964 to your hometown (yes, I understand you grew up half an hour down the road; however, you more than anyone should understand the angst felt in Cleveland and the close calls since 1964 including the Byner fumble, Jose Mesa, etc).
Had you won a title in Cleveland, you would never have to pay for a beer in that city again. But again, that would have been too hard.
Good for you. And yes, I'm bitter. But I bet there's a bit of a hollow feeling inside you this morning as well.
