I just wanted to take a minute to thank any and all of the people who may have read my two submissions.
Personally, I enjoy the challenge of writing a piece using the 'thought' to get you started and certainly, Never Smile at a Monkey was an excellent one. Thanks Eric.
Thanks to Deep for once again running the contest. I also wish more people would vote, and do know that several of my readers found it difficult. Part of the confusion for a few of them was they do not realize the process, so when the stories were not there, as it might be a little later in the day or something, they became discouraged with the whole thing. I did think the separate column would help, but guess it did not make a big difference so wil try to l brainstorm some better way for the next contest.
At any rate, I, for one writer on the site, do enjoy the little contests,
