The alleged (actually it isn't alleged in my view as he has admitted that he did it) abortion doctor killer Scott Roeder is the center of liberal death wing extremist tactics in an attempt to deny this man the fair and equal treatment of the law, in the name of possible future consequences.

For starters if we had a Constitutional Amendment like I proposed earlier today that clarified when human life begins, this would be a much easier case to sift through. But since we have failed to do this, we are now in a much more difficult position as we try to apply justice in this case.

The big deal being made by the prosecutors in this case is almost surreal. Instead of trying to convict the man on the charges that he might actually guilty of, they are trying to block the possibility that he can be charged with manslaughter for fear of the consequences and of course the fact that they know it is the correct charge to convict him given the legal definition.

My advice to pro-life advocates would be to fight hard for the core principles I have laid out thus far, and then to force the issue afterward of determining when human life begins. Or in other words they should use the arguments that the prosecution uses to keep him from being charged with manslaughter, amend the Constitution and then start charging abortion doctors who have performed those particular procedures with 1st degree murder and then refuse to lower the charges based on this case.

Keep in mind that the reason that Mr. Roeder went over the top was not that this guy was just an abortion doctor. It was because he was a later term abortion doctor.

It's too bad that a man has to face 1st degree murder charges for a crime, when it should have been the state that stopped the initial crime against humanity to begin with. What a mess! No doubt at all that he did it, but the extenuating circumstances surrounding this case are an embarrassing mess because we refuse to tackle an issue that is 36 years overdue to the very day.
