I had intended to post this but my time has been so limited that I hadn't gotten around to it. You can, for $200.00, purchase the plans to build it at:

Of course that's different than just studying the plans and knowing it wont work so you want your money back.
I'm sure the video is more convincing than someone promising to turn water into fuel by a secret tablet.
The machine in the video is used for what a magician would call "a prop"

Where can I see it? Editor's Note: I only repeated what the news article said Jim. I would love to buy one without building it too. The reality of it is though, that the car IS available but in kit form. And if you don't want to build it yourself, maybe you have a friend who enjoys doing stuff like that and have them do it for you for an agreed upon wage. Or maybe since it doesn't cost very much you could even offer to buy them one if they will build yours for you.
