14833073 Editor's Note: Laws against murder don't stop murderers from murdering Andrew. Does this mean we should just do away with laws against murder?
People have been choosing between good and evil since the beginning of time does this mean we should abort all of our laws because people are going to make evil choices against their fellow beings regardless of the fact that we have laws against those evil choices in order to protect others from them?
The Bible implicitly states: "THOU SHALT NOT KILL" That is GOD'S, not man's law. You claim Christianity, yet your rationale completely ignores God's law.
Matthew 18:4-7 states:
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. 6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. 7 ΒΆ Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
Editor's Note: I have implicitly pointed out that there are people who, regardless of the laws of God or the laws of the land, are going to make evil choices.
You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. Look what that student from Virginia Tech did. He was counseled by more than one person to seek help but did he? No, he tragically chose instead to shut ALL people out of his life blame others and kill them instead of trying to get to know at least the kinder ones around him.
By the way "Andrew" or whoever you are...you need to stop harrassing people. I have just learned that "Andrew" is a made-up character so please stop your charade.

This law will not stop anyone who does not want to be pregnant. It just makes the woman and her provider "criminals". Will you be at the state borders to stop a pregnant woman from leaving her state to travel to another to gain this procedure? How would you restrict international travel for pregnant women? Women have been getting pregnant since the beginning of time. Some have always chosen to abort. Some have this choice forced upon them. Life's not fair... I try to indoctrinate my kids with this simple view of life. More adults need to accept this fact; those who want, can't have, and those who have, often don't want.

Is aq fetus a child? If it is, then there must be a complete police investigation on every pregnant woman to insure that she safely delivers the child. Any woman not delivering a child would be arrested and face a trial. Is this how you want to live?
